Hi! I can conect to my alfred account in camera just if I conect through sim card on line. If my Phone is just on WiFi I can not connect. Why?

I use an iPhone 13 Pro Max as a viewer, and iPhone 6+ and iPhone 7 as cameras. No problems with the 6+, but the iPhone 7 gives the error code 7001. It did work well for a while, but suddenly it couldn't retrieve the live feed. The network/WiFi connection is OK. Also guided access is turned on. So, what to do? Regards Rune ZL
