I can not: upload textures, change textures, the screen bounces all over the place when I'm trying to place items. I am using the newest version of the app on Mac Monterey v. 12.4.

How to fix Home Design 3D app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Home Design 3D app on iPhone
Update Home Design 3D app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Home Design 3D iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Home Design 3D on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Home Design 3D network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Home Design 3D not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Home Design 3D App
1. On android, goto Settings » Home Design 3D » click [Force Stop]

Update Home Design 3D to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Home Design 3D App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Home Design 3D » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Home Design 3D.

Fix Home Design 3D unable to contact server/ Home Design 3D internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Home Design 3D » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Home Design 3D » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Home Design 3D
