- Virtual races are mixed in with actual races

- Does not show all races in the area, only those registered with Active

- No way to separate family-friendly and adult-only races

- No section for multi-distance races

- App can be slow and buggy at times

- Registration summary on mobile app does not have all the details available on the website

- Some events do not show up on the app, causing confusion for users

- Customer service can be unresponsive and unhelpful

App keeps crashing. If I delete data, will I lose all that I have earned so far in 2024?

To resolve ACTIVE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ACTIVE App
1. On android, goto Settings » ACTIVE » click [Force Stop]

Clear ACTIVE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ACTIVE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ACTIVE.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ACTIVE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ACTIVE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ACTIVE
