The only thing that you can count on about NexGenAtom is that it’s going to crash consistently and not load your tickets like it should. There is no way that I would waste my money on this program if I was in charge of the company. It is a constant hassle for customers to wait on this to load so they can sign at the end of the job.
Needs ability to upload multiple photos at one time. Not clicking though each one to upload individually. Work orders that are assigned to you could be better managed, ones that are still open and new ones that are pushed too you.
After I start a ticket and do my inspection checklist, start my time, type in comments, I have to do it all over again when I check back in to end my time. It wipes everything clean everyday. I run out of time at the end of my shift and usually end up fixing it on my own time after work.
I don’t really know much about computers , but this is what you get when your company gets bought out by a group that knows more about computers than cranes or making money . Fleet cost and care needs to contract the corona virus and crash one last time ......
I get dizzy watching the buffering circle go round and round and round and round. Add TouchID. Sick of putting in my password 13 times a day because it won’t stay open.

Why would an app for your job or time sheet need app permissions for your calls logs? Smells like Big Brother, so no thanks!
The ability to create work orders, enter labor, and capture signatures on a job site with our tablets and smartphones is amazing! Work performed in the field is immediately accessible to our office staff! I highly recommend scheduling a demo and seeing it for yourself! Especially if you’re looking to reduce operating costs and increase profit margins.
I really like using Atom. It’s easy to use, makes entering labor quick and accurate, and helps with safety checklists and getting signatures on job sites. Makes my life easier. No more paper to deal with. Alway reliable.
