The only thing that you can count on about this App is that itβs going to crash consistently and not load your tickets like it should. There is no way that I would waste my money on this program if I was in charge of the company. It is a constant hassle for customers to wait on this to load so they can sign at the end of the job.

Needs ability to upload multiple photos at one time. Not clicking though each one to upload individually. Work orders that are assigned to you could be better managed, ones that are still open and new ones that are pushed too you.

After I start a ticket and do my inspection checklist, start my time, type in comments, I have to do it all over again when I check back in to end my time. It wipes everything clean everyday. I run out of time at the end of my shift and usually end up fixing it on my own time after work.
