My coinjar app keeps crashing. And won't let me in?

When I open Coinjar app, it keeps on closing immediately. i am working in United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the moment. When I go to Google store it says it is not available in my the country (UAE). What should I do?

How to fix CoinJar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CoinJar app on iPhone
Update CoinJar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CoinJar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CoinJar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CoinJar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CoinJar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CoinJar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CoinJar App
1. On android, goto Settings » CoinJar » click [Force Stop]

Update CoinJar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CoinJar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CoinJar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CoinJar.

Fix CoinJar unable to contact server/ CoinJar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CoinJar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CoinJar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CoinJar
