Futures balance has been having errors not showing my gains as well as constantly changing while I'm holding nothing but usdt for trading. Had a $200 gain that was never accounted for. Cashed out on a few 1-2$ gain because the trend was reversing and ended up with a loss instead despite price protection. Also stop loss limits are not being triggered resulted in an almost catastrophic loss for my account. I almost lost everything in my futures account due to it and ended up losing $300 dollars thanks to stop loss failing to trigger. These things are there for a reason and if we cannot rely on them to work as intended then can we rely on this company to do anything right? It was the grace of God and some fancy damage control on my part that prevented it from taking my entire investment

How to fix Binance app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Binance app on iPhone
Update Binance app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Binance iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Binance on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Binance network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Binance Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Binance not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Binance App
1. On android, goto Settings » Binance » click [Force Stop]

Update Binance to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Binance App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Binance » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Binance.

Fix Binance unable to contact server/ Binance internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Binance » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Binance » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Binance
