Try to finish registration,says it sent me email to verify, but I don’t get an email. Not in my junk mail either
Registration stops at Kit Registration Overview. Can’t get it to move any further. So frustrated!
Attempting to download and register on the app for andriod, after downloading and opening, then selecting the "Get Started" option, the screen goes blank and no registration form ever appears. I've been waiting 20 minutes or so, still a blank screen
I've been on 23andMe for several years. When I attempt to use the phone app, it asks for my kit number, as though I am registering for the first time (I used the phone app for a long time with no issues until now). I no longer have my kit number. Is there a solution?
