I was matched yesterday with Jana Mustafin, and charged $69.99, and her prescriptions were twice the amount. I told them I did not want to use her, but wanted to use Leeann Keeling. I was still charged the fee of $69.99. I would like a refund from Jana Mustafin asap. I did pay Dr. Leeanne Keeling a different fee amount. So please refund my money to Jana Mustafin. Thank you
I was charged 5 times on 3/3/2023 for a refill request. There are 5 charges of 84.99 on my card and I have emailed with no response and my dr has even emailed and copied me and got no response either.
I canceled my request, and the provider did not honor my cancelation. I a fee of $74.99. Was deducted from my account. I am now needing a prior request but the provider is now requesting to be paid an additional $58.50 for a prior Authorization on something that I had cancel. At this time I am requesting a refund.
I am in a loop where I can’t receive message from the new provider, Deanna Fossens and only see old messages from Melissa Stephens. Can she just e-mail me directly please?
Contacted them about getting a new prescription. All they did was ask me questions and that was it. I would not use this service. Now I am going to try to get my money back.
On 12/24/21 I contacted Push Health for a script for myself and my husband. The consult fee for myself was $64.99 and for my husband (Michael) $84.99 We got the scripts and all was good until I saw on my credit card bill that we were charged twice for our consult fees. We are requesting that this be corrected and that $149.98 be credited back to us. Thank you, Collee/Michael Perry.

I downloaded this app Monday. I was requesting Ozempic, due to insulin resistance, and metformin not working for me. Tuesday, I was told the prescription was sent in, and I paid the $63 for the medical “consult.” I was told by a staff member they submitted a prior authorization to my insurance, and it should take 3-5 days. I check back in Thursday, as I hadn’t heard anything new. The Ozempic prescription was in my pharmacy ready for me, but it was still uncovered by insurance, making the med cost $1,023 for a month’s worth of medication. Today, I hear the “medical staff” changed their minds, and that the prior authorization was never actually sent. So I paid $63 for a prescription I can’t afford to pick up, that I desperately need due to insulin resistant PCOS. I’m a graduate student with chronic health conditions and I was trying to lower my blood sugar. Absolutely unethical for a company to lie about an authorization being sent to insurance, and then ignore a patient in need. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and no answer. Seems as if you can’t even speak to anyone in real time at this “company.” My health worsens every day, and Push is denying me care I need, that they previously approved, despite me fitting criteria. A complete sham.

I submitted a request for a short corticosteroid course for an arthritis flare while on vacation out of state. (Push specifically states its providers prescribe corticosteroids.) The provider responded with a follow up question which I replied to promptly. That was it. The provider never followed up or otherwise acted on the prescription request. She just IGNORED me. Finally, I went to urgent care when I got home. I had to cut my vacation short, I’m now out the urgent care copay, AND this company is still holding onto my money at PayPal and ignoring my request for a refund.
I will NOT use this service again and will recommend others avoid it too.
Updated to add - Push did refund my money with PayPal . The provider never apologized for not responding or ignoring me. I didn’t expect immediate service, but 5 days with no follow up when you have a painful condition that could easily be treated with a non-controlled, non-addictive medication is ridiculous.

They charged me but never gave me the prescription. I already have a prescription for the medicine I need. Which is a topical cream. But I’m running out and my doctor retired. My new doctor has a long wait and I’m gonna run out of my prescription before my appointment. I thought this app would be the answer. The medical professional who contacted me asked me a few questions about the cream but then stopped talking to me. Then I received an e-mail that my request timed out and that I would be refunded. But I never received it. There’s also no way to delete your profile so they keep your information.
