I have signed up with you. I paid $64.99 and was assigned a provider. I did not respond soon enough to the providers email so the appointment was cancelled and my money was returned. When I tried to sign up for the prescription with that provider it then wanted to charge me $99.00. I would like to switch providers and get the $64.99 charge. How can I do that? I would like to be switched to Jacqueline Harang, APRN-BC if possible.
I can’t sign up app and website don’t work!
I am unable to upload documents needed for my doctor. I've tried .jpg; .docx and pdf.
