Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SAP Jam app issues:

Force Stop the SAP Jam App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SAP Jam app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SAP Jam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SAP Jam App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SAP Jam app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
