When I click on “Create manual claim” there is only the option to claim US Dollars instead of Sterling

The concur app will not let me upload a receipt. I just got the new iPhone 14 pro and I’m unable to upload pic or receipt

Concur App is not connecting receipts and charges. Just recently happened with the upgrade.

No longer able to upload receipt images on mobile app (Android). I’ve tried doing this by 1.taking a photo, 2.uploading a photo and 3.uploading a file, but it’s saying it’s taking too long and I should try later. Very frustrating as the only way to add receipt images now is to email the image to myself, and add it on the laptop version. It was fine, but the issue started today, 25th July 2022

Error message keeps saying try again later!!

When trying to submit expense claim, I either receive "server error" or "blocking exceptions", so I can't submit expenses.

My Mobile app doesn’t recognize my itinerary and booking method along with stating it’s missing an expense subcategory. The information is required by my Company which their help desk states contact mobile app technical

Can’t save entries on iPhone or iPad any more. This started a couple of months ago.
