How to fix Figma app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Figma app on iPhone
Update Figma app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Figma iPhone app

To resolve Figma network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Figma app issues:

Force Stop the Figma App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Figma app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Figma to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Figma App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Figma app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Figma.

Fix Figma unable to contact server/ Figma internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Figma » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Figma » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Figma on android.
