Hello, I've logged out of Qobuz on my iPad and logged in successfully to Qobuz on my MacBook Pro. Every track I search for and select just shows the spinning icon instead of the play / pause button and no music plays. I am connected to my home wifi, and I am line-of-sight to the router which is 8ft / 2.5m away and showing that it is fully functional. All other internet applications and connections are working, but Qobuz is not. Do you know what the reason for this is and how can I get it fixed?

I bought the Qobuzz plan ,downloaded the application.Using Mac pro laptop inter-phased through Matrix X-SPDIF 2 unit which is then connected to my DAC. Qobuzz did not interphase in this set up. Until then Spotify worked beautifully . Now the Spotify app does no longer play through this set-up. However if I play the Spotify app directly connected via USP connection of one my other DAC's it will play but Qobuzz app will not. It appears that the Qobuzz app either fried the Matrix X SPDIF 2 unit or messed up the Matrix driver in my Mac pro.I tried to load the Matrix driver with no further success. Contacted Qobuzz with no response.

Qobuz works fine on my Node 2i with my ipad, but when I try to use Fire tablet songs only play 30 seconds. Ive reloaded app, reset Node 2i, tried 3 times.

Every track stops playing within 2 min. Android auto on Samsung s10. Bluetooth to ford sync 4. Have time keep consistently press the play button on sync to restart playback. Then music stops again within 30 seconds. Cell connection very good. No issues with tidal No issues with roon core playback No issues with local phone music playback. This has been a problem for awhile.

Several issues...when on Android carplay via cable, I get intermittent source error issues even when using an off-line playlist. There is no consistency here, changed cables restarted app and phone, just happens way too often. When using via Android App over BT, it just keeps stopping. Mid song, no reason even on off-line playlists. There is an error message which says "ERROR. COULD NOT COMPLETE CURRENT PROCESS". Funny thing is, apart from playing back music, it's not doing anything else. It does not shut down on error notice and the notice keeps coming up. Eventually, the music stops however

I have a few albums imported that will not download to my offline section in the "available in" quality level...the albums listed as "available in" CD Quality 16bit/44.1kHz I actually can only download as MP3/320....I have in Fact gone to your purchase port and bought some of these albums in CD format, if I wish to play them in the best format I have to use a different player...now I am wondering if what I purchased is what Qobuz is specifying on the app. one such: Winter Tidings: an Appalachian Christmas Al Petteway and Amy White released by "Maggie's Music"

after recent update (windows app.) changes have included ...in the profile section dropdwn...If I click on support, I now am taken to an web site (qobuz) which prompts me to click a (pictured) icon at the bottom right of page...after moving thru EVERY page I can find that is pertinent to Qobuz, I can say "This icon DOES not exist on my computer. I am locked out from support...My original (latest) complaint is largely no longer important if I cant even contact Qobuz.

I am using mconnect to play Qobuz from my iPad to my Mytek Brooklyn Bridge. The Mytek is wired to my modem and I am using a 1000 Mbps subscription from my provider. I tested the speed at the end of the ethernetcable, near the Mytek: around 950 Mbps. Wifi speed is around 400 Mbps. Still Qobuz keeps on skipping songs mid track and switches to the next song. Please help me out!

Using Qobuz, it is playing ok with app and Bluos, but only plays 28 seconds of song then switches to something else. I’ve tried everything that troubleshooting guide told me to do. Nothing works

Some of the playlists i made won't play on my HK Citation Towers through chromecast. Its trying to connect but somehow hangs. The player pauses. When using the play button it plays on my phone while saying its playing on the HK Citation Towers. Through bluetooth it works sort of ok, but thats not what i want and payed for. Overall the app is very buggy. It stops playing randomly. Considering to switch to tidal.

On the iPhone app: When I try ‘search’ A notice comes up saying there’s a problem and to try later On my laptop: I updated Qobuz and now it doesn’t work!

Qobuz is constantly dropping out then coming back on when playing albums or cuts regardless of app used (Windows 10, drops after ~15 seconds and then need to select a different cut to get another 15 seconds), iPhone just randomly drops out, may or may not come back, iPad pretty much as bad as iPhone. Never had problem with Tidal or Amazon so believe hardware is fine, the problem is on the other end as I get the error message "can't stream ###", select next cut and it plays but has same issues as listed above.

I have the same issue as the OP... app launches fine... navigates fine... select the album/track.. the end. Not that I really care but it would be good to be able to use qobuz with carplay without it crashing every time it tries to play a track

I am trying to purchase Qobuz for the 20 th time. I always get an payment Error. Happily i've also got Tidal, but i stopped my Spotify account. I think taking back spotify and leave Qobuz.Since i am also reading about a lot of streaming issues.

Issue is with an Android phone on version 9. It has worked previously. The app opens and everything is working apart from the Play button. Search works, my playlists are loaded and albums open but pressing on a track or pressing the blue play button does nothing. It works on my Android version 10 phone.

As reported by others : Desktop version of Qobuz for Mac playback contains random pauses, the web version with the same setup is working fine. This is on BigSur Macbook Air.

I took a 30 days-free Qobuz-account try out. I use the optical-out of my iMac(27 inch, late 2012, macOS Cataline 10.15.7 with 2,9 GHZ Quad-Core Intel Core i5). Making a setup with Ethernetcabels and a dedicated Raspberry to my usb- in of the DAC didn't work, so I connected my iMac directly. It works more or less. BUT: I can't get more than MP3 320 kbps, even if I choose a higher resolution (My GRACE m902 DAC can take at least 24-Bit/96kHz). And when I choose a recording and start playing it, I can only hear app. 3 seconds of music, and than next songnumber appers for 3 sec., and so on. Has anyone an idea what's wrong? THX for advice...
