How to fix Canary app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Canary app on iPhone
Update Canary app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Canary iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Canary on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Canary network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Canary Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Canary not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Canary App
1. On android, goto Settings » Canary » click [Force Stop]

Update Canary to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Canary App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Canary » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Canary.

Fix Canary unable to contact server/ Canary internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Canary » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Canary » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Canary
