The Canary app is not opening on my iPhone, my camera is working and sending notifications but I can’t open them or my app on my phone.

My canary app on my iPhone no longer opens. When selecting it it tries to load, I get a black screen and then it disappears with no app running. I updated the app a day ago and suspect it has bugs, please can you fix it?

I upgraded Canary and have not been able to use Geofencing feature. Itʻs been back and forth with email since June 2022 and supposedly itʻs been escalated to next tier support. Itʻs been a month since last email and no contact with "next tier" tech support. Not happy. Iʻve done all the recommended "fixes" as instructed: Uninstalled, reinstalled, new password, etc. My point is it worked for more than a year "BEFORE" my upgrade. Now it doesnʻt !!

My canary has not worked since last iOS update they continued to bill me for premium service after they were aware of the i issues . I removed my credit card to stop the debit now they threaten me with xcollectiom They have breached a contract they need to fix outdated device software

How to fix Canary app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Canary app on iPhone
Update Canary app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Canary iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Canary on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Canary network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Canary not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Canary app issues:

Force Stop the Canary App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Canary app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Canary to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Canary App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Canary app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Canary.

Fix Canary unable to contact server/ Canary internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Canary » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Canary » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Canary on android.
