[Solved] The login page won't load on my laptop
Offer sent to my my email would not work when I clicked on it. Called the store, uncooperative.
Try to upload unique rewards code: SOMETHING WENT WRONG. We are unable to look up this transaction.

Android phone. I downloaded the app and I have to sign in every time and get a verification email as if first time signing up. Then it loads and loads and loads without completing. I downloaded it for the rewards yet it's only worked the first time I downloaded it months ago. I have done all the troubleshooting recommendations and nothing has worked.
the app will not let me add to the rewards after the first day I entered my receipt number. You've lost 3 receipts now trying to get them enter and now they're expired. You've lost several customers from my office alone because of wrong orders, is this your growth plan?
Your app won’t download. Also tried to just sign up for rewards and that didn’t work either, WTH
No matter what I do, when I try to log in to the app it just keeps loading and loading. The loading screen never stops. I restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, reset my password, and absolutely nothing works. I am unable to get the rewards. The person in the store right now felt sorry for me and gave me her personal employee discount just to be nice. I come to Panda every few weeks so I would like to use their rewards. Maybe the issue is T Mobile l, maybe it's the app. I don't know but the rewards system is unusable for me.

I have downloaded your app 5 times. There is no place to have the restaurant scan my account to earn reward points on meals. Even the Panda employee looked over the entire app on my phone and could not find the place to do it. Said he hadn't seen anyone have this issue. The place to earn points should be under "HOME", and the only thing my app wants to let me do is order food. I only go through the drive thru. Very frustrating. What is your fix?
