How to fix ShortMax app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ShortMax app on iPhone
Update ShortMax app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ShortMax iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ShortMax on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ShortMax network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ShortMax Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ShortMax not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ShortMax App
1. On android, goto Settings » ShortMax » click [Force Stop]

Update ShortMax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ShortMax App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ShortMax » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ShortMax.

Fix ShortMax unable to contact server/ ShortMax internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ShortMax » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ShortMax » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
