I tried updating on kindle fire everything was okay until it wouldn't update. it said updating.. 0%! Its been like that for about a year. I tried logging in on my pixel phone, it said something was incorrect even tho it wasn't and I'm mad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE fix this!!!!!!

How to fix LEGO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LEGO app on iPhone
Update LEGO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LEGO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LEGO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LEGO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LEGO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LEGO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LEGO App
1. On android, goto Settings » LEGO » click [Force Stop]

Update LEGO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LEGO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LEGO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LEGO.

Fix LEGO unable to contact server/ LEGO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LEGO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LEGO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LEGO
