How to fix TicketSwap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TicketSwap app on iPhone
Update TicketSwap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TicketSwap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TicketSwap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TicketSwap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix TicketSwap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TicketSwap App
1. On android, goto Settings » TicketSwap » click [Force Stop]

Update TicketSwap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TicketSwap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TicketSwap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TicketSwap.

Fix TicketSwap unable to contact server/ TicketSwap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TicketSwap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TicketSwap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TicketSwap
