How to fix Goldstar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Goldstar app on iPhone
Update Goldstar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Goldstar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Goldstar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Goldstar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Goldstar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Goldstar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Goldstar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Goldstar » click [Force Stop]

Update Goldstar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Goldstar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Goldstar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Goldstar.

Fix Goldstar unable to contact server/ Goldstar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Goldstar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Goldstar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Goldstar
