Get Pricing Info for TicketSwapThey do not accept address card. So I sell the tickets but for payout they ask for address proof. I send them my address card but they do not accept it. No any support, nothing I can do. The address card format was changed for Hungary a 1.5 years ago. But, anyway, they should have an option to talk with someone. Their "support" is just FAQ and no any contacts.

You’re not going to get tickets on this app. I’ve been trying for months. When the notification comes up every time I click on it , the tickets are already sold. The notifications are the only way to find a ticket going through the apps home page is terrible. So as soon as the banner pops up on my phone I click on it and it’s sold. I’ve complained to the customer support and they just told me to “unlock my phone” to make it faster. I’m clicking on it while my phone is unlocked as soon as it pops up and nothing. They are just keeping Americans out of the loop for events. Put any response you want to this, I’ve been going to shows for 25+ years and I’ve waited on physical lines, online, I’ve never had a problem like this. All this does it just annoy me with alerts for tickets I’m never going to get.

I have been trying to contact customer service for a week without luck. I bought tickets on their platform which I can no longer use. Tried to verify my identity to be able to sell but can’t do it because of a bug in their system. Have received zero help and now I will probably lose 400 euros because of them. Won’t be able to sell my tickets before the event.

I wasn’t able to purchase any tickets through this app. I’ve used many apps to buy tickets and never had a problem. I was blocked and given the run around with back and forth in emails with no valid reason. I don’t really know why to this day . Unfortunately this was the only chance I had at buying a ticket to a sold out event .
