Mobile App error message: "There is a billing problem with a family member's previous purchases. Ask the family organizer to update their billing information."
I ordered event tickets October 20 2023, my credit card was charged on October 22. I still do not have any tickets showing on the app on my phone or when I log in on the PC, and AXS is unresponsive to the support ticket I sent in. I don't think I'll ever use this app again after this negative experience.
Was charged way to much for tickets to the disco biscuits tonight and the app won't work to let me view my tickets.
Been trying to get Matt Rife tickets through the Ryman which uses AXS since 9:30 and it give gives you the Please wait while we find available inventory message

IOS 16.2 on Iphone 11. I add tickets to my cart but when I go to check out it says my cart is empty.

I can't access purchasing tickets either on my desktop or phone. Extremely frustrating. As soon as I select buy tickets the next page fails to fully load.

I'm unable to not only log in to the app on my phone, but also on my computer. It just says the "Please visit out help page" message. Tried resetting my password but no email sends to my account. I have the confirmation email from AXS so I know I'm using the right email. The show is tonight with no way to access my account or update my password.
After entering credit card info (correctly) the next button never lights up to proceed to billing address. The only option is to cancel while the timer runs out. There is no error indicated but I am unable to complete purchase.
I am trying to get 3 tickets & everytime I get to the payment method & hit done, the screen just goes blank. no confirmation that I bought them or anything, then I hit the back button & it doesn’t say i purchased anything so now i am scared I bough multiple tickets because after the 3rd step, it’s just a blank screen.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST APP I have. I can't even get into the the app on my phone. Works fine on my computer. Been having a major problem with this app since OCT 2021. Don't know why it won't work. I have to go to a game this Saturday hoping that it will work by then. What is the deal with this thing? Is it my iphone? Please answer. THANK YOU!
My Axs app will not completely load, it says loading more events, but nothing happens. I can see my tickets ,but when i go to transfer one to my wife it says session timed out. I log out, then log in, go straight to transfer and I get the same result, session timed out and that is within less than twenty seconds. I went to Axs .com on my iMac and logged in, I made the transfer successfully and the ticket appeared on my wife's phone in the Axs app. However in my app it still shows that I have two tickets. Will this affect my getting in to the show on Sunday night at the O2, (Queen with Adam Lambert)? What is wrong with the App, if I delete it and reinstall will I lose my tickets? I shall try that on Monday after the show. It seems that I probably will not get a response before the show. Thank you
I cannot log into the main AXS page on the AXS website. No content will load on the Iphone App. I cannot Sign in. This is happening for the AXS, and RedRocks Mobile Iphone App. I have reinstalled the app to see if it was an error in an update. Still no success.
I placed two orders for tickets at the same event. Tickets from one order are there, the other order isn’t and I haven’t received two emails either. I’m trying to sell the missing order as it was made in error.
My axs app on my iphone is not working. I am going to an axs event this afternoon. Also, it is not loading any events. I have no problem logging in to my axs.com account on my computer. I can see my tickets, but I don't see a way to print them. I have deleted the app from my iphone and re-downloaded it with the same result. Please help!
Tickets not showing up in app for event next day. They show up on website though
My AXS app is not working!! I never received my email confirmation for my tickets. I am very frustrated about my tickets! I also purchase tickets insurance with no email confirmation!!
