Force Stop the MileagePlus X App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MileagePlus X app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MileagePlus X to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MileagePlus X App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MileagePlus X app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
