Goldbelly: Ship Food & Gifts Reviews

I ordered something that should have arrived today through FedEx. The time slot was moved to later at night. I still have not received the item. I can’t find a link through the this app app or web page. There are numerous frequently asked questions answered but they are useless. Knowing the carrier it will be left at my door after we’ve gone to bed. I tried to cancel or refuse but was unable to find a link. FedEx was useless as well. Order locally. This is expensive and customer service is non existent.

One of my favorite apps to browse and pick out gifts from. Everything I send always gets rave reviews from the recipients. I love browsing the food from around the nation, and the shipping updates let me know when to expect an excited text that gift has arrived!

I love this app, but the total uselessness of Goldbelly keeps me from buying things because the user experience is so utterly horrid. Every time I tap to look at a specific item, Goldbelly sends me back to the top of whatever list I was looking at when I tap back out. I hate it. It’s awful. I’m honestly not sure why it hasn’t been fixed yet. The fact that it hasn’t tells me they don’t care about Goldbelly or the user experience, so why would I want to use that kind of service?

App doesn't show at all in IPhone Settings...not a chance of tweaking emails or any notices, etc. I would like this type of availability as a Customer going forward. Rec'd bunches of email messages of use my "$25" and cannot as it didn't recognize it on Goldbelly ! What's up with that???

I like access to special foods but execution a problem.
I’ve tried foods from some favorite restaurants that were great on site but require that you prepare at home is a total failure. Other problem is dependable delivery- I understand issues but for the prices charged date of delivery should be guaranteed.
Nice idea but more of a trendy gimmick than a workable business model- just one guys opinion

I love to eat so I love this app. They make it so easy to discover new food from all over the country! The packaging is great and the food never disappoints. Worst part is trying to order just one thing. I want to try it all!!

The only way to go back is to open the drop Menu and choose the items again other than that Goldbelly is working very well

The this app website and the food sold is great, but Goldbelly is unusable. I searched for “pecan pie,” but after I click on any of the 60 different pies in the results to learn more about that particular pie Goldbelly then won’t let me go back to the search results to look at a different pie! I have to search for “pecan pie” all over again and scroll down every time I want to look at a different pie.

Frustrating app. Every time I click on an item I have to return to the main home page and even my search history is missing. Fix it please!

Promised deliver and paid extra for prompt delivery. Three days later no response with alleged UPS diver that has been her for two days. Like believing the media n

It’s a garbage app and horrible customer service. We ordered 3 Buddy’s pizzas and it was so bad we threw it all away after a few bites. The customer service wouldn’t refund any money spent for the garbage received and basically said they’re just a delivery service for restaurants and we should order more for a tiny discount. Fail!

Please add back button to Goldbelly . When click on a restaurant if don't want buy from there want go back to search I don't want to start all over again and again. Only way you can go back is by starting all over.

Keeps freezing or just not opening app at all. Sending reminders of product in cart but old product not what I had in cart. Aggravating and have not ordered because of it.

So many great gifts and foods to choose from! Goldbelly works similarly to the website, so it works well.

Goldbelly is effectively a bookmark that points to the this app site. This isn’t a native app, which is why it’s not very responsive and feels sluggish. Instead of making a great mobile experience, they created an app that is essentially a WebKit view and nothing more.

App doesn’t seem to actually be able to perform tasks to include logging in with Facebook or be able to access customer service or other areas of Goldbelly .

Website works as it should.

Goldbelly crashes all the time. I will check out sellers then it freezes and displays just the white screen. I have to kill Goldbelly and start all over. Annoying!

How about a back button…instead of having to start completely over after clicking into one of your vendors. Like seriously. Too much to ask? Too hard to do?!?

I love Goldbelly. As someone who tries to find unique gifts for loved ones, Goldbelly is just perfect for me. I have sent (and even tried myself) cheesecakes, bbq and even pastrami sandwiches from NYC to my foodie friends and fam. this app has made it really easy to order foods from the most amazing places and pick the date I want them delivered. So far, I experienced just one weather delay but their team was super helpful in keeping me informed of the status of my box. It arrived one day later than expected but it was packaged so well that the cake arrived still frozen and we were able to enjoy it just before the weekend.

Yikes all those workout apps, inner peace and meditation, journal keeping, organization and time management goals well on the way ...then I discover this and all hell breaks loose. I can just picture myself spending my 401 k in two weeks. In all seriousness though, this is great even browsing what incredible ideas for giving, indulgent self-rewarding treats, amazing housewarming gifts, thank yous, and holiday treats. A great way to try some amazing specialties from places all over the country (famous, large, small, unique,new,classic, crafted, seasonal, you name it). Love this!

Personal information first of all let me say you guys are awesome I love Goldbelly is great for a birthday gift or any kind of celebration I just was wondering how to delete my old card number and put the new one in it would not let me for some reason is there anyway you can put a delete button that says delete card or something like that so we can put the new one in thank you

Ordered from this site. Took forever and it was late. Received a confirmation and they took my money. Then for three weeks I never heard another word. No ‘order is being prepared’, no shipping notice, nothing. The day before it was to be delivered, wrote to this app to find out what was going on. No apology, just a CR who lied about the original delivery date—I have the screen capture with the original date. A notification would have sufficed and I would pas it along. Why am I wasting my time. I see I am not alone in my experience. Now I hope I am not embarrassed by what they deliver.

I reside in NJ, I have used this company for years, they never disappoint ! Frozen, cold, room temp, rain, sunshine, snow, they always deliver timely and the items are all always stored properly in their packages.
I wouldn’t choose any other company!

this app is the best way to get awesome food from all those places you know you want to eat at but don’t want to wait until your next trip. Now Goldbelly meets the same high level of form and function that the site always has. So I won’t have to wait to get on a computer to order my next party meal!

Good idea with poor execution. Used once and quality of product was low, delivery was late. If you check into the website to leave a review it goes to their “concierge” center not to the actual product you want to teview. Leads me to believe the reviews are highly selective and overwhelmingly 4.5 to 5 atar.

Has all the features of their website but now in a nice app form. Way better than the old app. Super easy to order anything I want now and the food is always delicious :)

I love the updated this app app. It is fully operational and a big improvement. No reason to go to my computer when I can just browse and order with my phone.

I tried ordering a chicage deep dish pizza. Was excited to receive the pizzas and then they didn’t ship on time. They said it would be another week to receive the pizzas which I had family in town at the time I wanted to receive the pizzas. So a week delay would not work for me. All they did was offer a $10 credit. So I promptly canceled my order and will delete app and never use this app again.

Goldbelly has been a lifesaver for me! Birthdays, holidays, celebrations- they make it so easy to send thoughtful and DELICIOUS gifts to friends and family anywhere in the country!

The sign in with Facebook does not work nor does the password reset. It takes you to a profile page where there is no password reset anywhere.

We got our White House subs they were great, packed great,and a lot of meat. They were very fresh. Garden City, KS
