Not worth the trouble
I ordered something that should have arrived today through FedEx. The time slot was moved to later at night. I still have not received the item. I can’t find a link through the Goldbelly app or web page. There are numerous frequently asked questions answered but they are useless. Knowing the carrier it will be left at my door after we’ve gone to bed. I tried to cancel or refuse but was unable to find a link. FedEx was useless as well. Order locally. This is expensive and customer service is non existent.

App is a nightmare
I love Goldbelly, but the total uselessness of the app keeps me from buying things because the user experience is so utterly horrid. Every time I tap to look at a specific item, the app sends me back to the top of whatever list I was looking at when I tap back out. I hate it. It’s awful. I’m honestly not sure why it hasn’t been fixed yet. The fact that it hasn’t tells me they don’t care about the app or the user experience, so why would I want to use that kind of service?

App unusable
The Goldbelly website and the food sold is great, but the app is unusable. I searched for “pecan pie,” but after I click on any of the 60 different pies in the results to learn more about that particular pie the app then won’t let me go back to the search results to look at a different pie! I have to search for “pecan pie” all over again and scroll down every time I want to look at a different pie.
