Using TacoPalenqueApp for almost six months now it’s easy to navigate and place orders but the store always gives me issues. Picking up order can sometimes take more than the drive-thru which defeats the purpose of using TacoPalenqueApp . There’s always missing items but TacoPalenqueApp does not have tools to help with that matter. To finish if you order online it’s a must to check your order inside the store even tho it seems embarrassing. There’s no one to help you out but yourself. Check for your salsas too because your food does not taste the same with out them.

I placed and order and TacoPalenqueApp charged it twice. I called Taco Palenque to fix this and they said there was nothing they can do. That more than likely they would only submit one receipt and that the charge would be cancelled. Never cancelled after weeks. Had to call the bank and make a dispute. If I had not checked my account for a transaction that I did after placing my order, I would have never noticed that they charged it twice since TacoPalenqueApp only gave me one confirmation number. So..... Check your account every time you place an order. 👀😡

Really useful in terms of ordering. Although, if you’re already on your way to the restaurant and you’re just trying to order on TacoPalenqueApp to it’s ready slightly more quickly, don’t. Just order at the restaurant itself. It takes 15 minutes for them to make your order if you order on TacoPalenqueApp ; and they MEAN 15 minutes. Not one second faster.
However, if you plan on being there no sooner than 15 minutes. TacoPalenqueApp is perfect for ordering.
My biggest gripe; WAY TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS. Just...wow.

The usual fare but consistently done at reasonable prices. Great salsa bar with chips and an arts of condiments to mix and match. Fast service. Some of the menu items don’t show a price and ordering can be confusing. Last visit the faita plate was skimpy on the components - an unusual occurrence.

TacoPalenqueApp works great! Very convenient and easy. But what’s the point of having a great app if the service at the restaurant is the worst. Every time I’ve used TacoPalenqueApp I have to wait for thirty more minutes for my food and the only reason I get my order is cuz I have to go inside to ask under what name that order that’s been sitting there is under. Never using TacoPalenqueApp again.

There needs to be a check in option or a car and make mode and color selection, workers are having to run around asking everyone, when it can be much easier if you could just check in

Love TacoPalenqueApp itself, just wish I can actually set it up for a specific time instead of having to wait an extra 15 minutes to pick it up

Being able to order easily and skip the line to just come in and pick up is extremely practical.

I love TacoPalenqueApp . Easy to use. I just wish they would have like a rewards or even coupons or discounts. I love eating a taco p and no rewards is sad.

Ordering on TacoPalenqueApp seems faster than in person and efficient !

It’s great to order online and be told exactly what time the order will be ready. It also catches the nearest location available! Awesome!

My son turned me onto this place TacoPalenqueApp is very simple to use to the point set up a an account is very easy now I can order online and pick up a schedule time I must say I’ve enjoyed TacoPalenqueApp far better than a few others apps way to go..

Great app, especially with everyone using the drive thru now instead of eating inside. I order 10-15min before and foods always ready and I don’t have to wait in line 👍🏼

I’d like for a “outside” option when I order through TacoPalenqueApp . Just to have the option if I get here earlier, and the restaurant has minimal to zero traffic.

TacoPalenqueApp is consumer friendly. I looked at the menu, took my time, requested the time when I would be picking it up. It never timed out: I placed my order, added more to my order, paid online then drove over there to pick it up.

Last time I was there it took forever to get the order I had to get off for a curbside order because everyone was in a hurry they were just too many people and not enough hands

Ordering with TacoPalenqueApp is very easy and efficient. The menu is great with pictures of everything! And pick up is fast; as soon as I get to the pick up area, I get the order quickly. I no longer have to wait in line 👍🏻

It had never been so easy to Ofer at Taco Palenque and getting your food at specified time. Unlike waiting in the long line in the drive thru area. Love app and curbside pick up!

Better not give any promotions if TacoPalenqueApp and the staff are not ready to support the demand.
You just made feel so frustrated a lot of people, the food was not ready for anyone.
The available time provided by TacoPalenqueApp was not respected for anyone.
Nobody at the restaurant could give accurate information about the orders, the few orders given to some customers were wrong, they were missing food.
I asked about my order several, several times, nobody could know where it was.
At the end bad faces from the staff and my food all mess up.

Overall easy to maneuver. Well organized.

All tacos are freshly made and oh so good. My grandkids love all the different tacos and the oldest just goes crazy over the panchos!
