CHeBAHUT is good, easy to order food for delivery or pickup, make customizations, special instructions, and I like the detailed photos for all items. I have an issue with PayPal’s card reader never scanning my card, and Apply Pay would be much preferred. My biggest gripe is with Flippy Bird. It’s broken or just not designed to be played by anything but advanced AI. The power ups end with zero grace period so when your “high” wears off, you’re in a tree even after tapping rapidly. The smoke is near impossible to clear and hit detection seems way too big on it. Why does the weed power up have a countdown bar when the money doesn’t? I want to line the game but how could this possibly be competition worthy. I seriously doubt it was tested, or the devs just wanted to make a bunch of upset stoners. Oh and one more gripe about food order screen, don’t give options to add toppings that are already included -gets confusing comparing ingredients lists. Otherwise, thank you for my delicious food.

AppReview: the first time I used it things were ok, but when I removed app by accident and tried to get it back, my phone number kept preventing me from getting back into my account with it saying it’s already been used. No way around it even if pass and stuff was saved through Apple.

Salads: if you order a sub as a salad option, be warned their salads are more like a “nug” size or less of the sandwich ingredients put to the side of a dry salad. Wife and I have ordered salad a few times each within last couple weeks, but all we get are tiny ingredient offerings (ie a tuna is two scoops to the side and no dressing even if requested, a meatball comes with a few pieces in a tiny sauce container).

Subs are excellent, but you get robbed on salads.

Works perfectly and gets used like every week. Can’t talk enough about the grub. It’s some of the best sandwiches I’ve had.

My only gripe (and not enough to lose a star) I wish we could tip when paying with a card. U fortunately we have had many missed opportunities. And although everyone is great they deserve a little extra

Apple screwed me and the store was messed up for hours last night. Fortunately cheba hut and their app are way more reliable than apple. They also make better sandwiches, so what’s up now apple?!

App is working fine, but the issue is with the contest that hinges on a broken game. T-Bag Armageddon is fundamentally broken, I have followed the directions to a T and yet I am eliminated. I have screen recordings of myself being eliminated in the game without hitting anything, just falling out of the sky for no reason. It’s incredible that there would be a contest with a monetary prize that hinges on playing such a frustratingly broken game.

This is seriously the best sandwich shop in the entire area. Try to guillotine which they might not have on the menu but they can look it up and also the Callie mist is really good but I like to swap out the turkey for chicken and add the spring mix instead of just regular lettuce

Honestly, other companies should hire whomever made CHeBAHUT for Cheba Hut for their apps. It is so well done. Not only does it work perfectly, it’s also artistic and fun. You don’t get that feel from any other restaurant apps.

These workers are amazing and are going above and beyond for their customers by staying open and trucking through this COVID-19 hardship! Thank you guys for continuing to provide for us hungry folks and keeping business going! We appreciate everything you do!! P.S. The Cheesy bread is Dank definitely a must try!

I think you could order anything on the menu and love it. The service is impeccable and CHeBAHUT is crazy user friendly.

Cheba Hut is like literally the coolest place ever! When stupid corona wasn’t here and can go inside it’s the coolest vibe ever!! Love the deco , the people are cool af and the food is fan~frickin~TASTIC !! Highly highly recommend if you’ve not already found this gem!!!

Once I got a new phone and tried to log in again, CHeBAHUT would prompt me to enter my phone number. Once I did, it would say that the number is already taken. There’s no way out of this screen, so CHeBAHUT is completely useless at this point 🤷‍♂️ Hope this gets patched if there’s anyone who reads the reviews!

First time I used it, I ordered from the “closest” location, turns out it was 10 mins and 5 miles farther away than my actual closest location.

Second time I directly picked the closest location, but made mistake of letting it give me directions. Sent me to an entirely wrong location and took me 20 minutes longer to get my now soggy food.

To reproduce this error, select Tempe location, show in map shows it at correct location. then select directions, Apple Maps is opened with a location labeled “Tempe” in middle of Mesa.

Also doesn’t let you order combos, so I have to pay twice, once in app then at pickup for chips and drinks.

The wait time was well worth the quality and the freshness of my sandwiches. I’m from Kansas so this is a real treat for me! I brag about Cheba but every time I come down here. 5 stars hands down.

Would be nice to be able to have bigger font size or support Dynamic Type in the locations listing.

I’ve never been disappointed. These are my kind of people. They hustle during the curbside days! Always stoked to dig in to some Cheeba hut! Keeping the vibes alive!

Easy to earn and burn points. The accrual of points is fast and well worth having CHeBAHUT .

CHeBAHUT does not use Apple Pay. Chiba hut is great, I don’t see why so many of this apps reviews are so good just because the food is good. You can eat there with or without CHeBAHUT . Not having Apple Pay meant I had to drive back home, get my wallet, and type in my card number. Not exactly convenient.

Love the easiness of CHeBAHUT . Just wish it was more updated to what they had in store (chip, drink wise). Also wish you could checkout with Apple Pay! Would be so much easier.

Impressed with the functionality, design and layout

I have had CHeBAHUT for about 2 months now, and have only been able to order a sandwich twice. I have tried using it at least 6 other times and it always says online ordering temporarily unavailable.

Downloaded CHeBAHUT a few months ago, tried to use it a month ago in Dillon, CO and it said ordering was temporarily unavailable for this location. It’s a month later and it’s still unavailable. Useless app!

Love the quick order and someone just picks it up! 💜

Won’t find location ,cancels orders .

I know there are 2 locations in SD. They are not showing up. Failure.

Would be awesome if you could do pickup during lunch....what a joke.

It lets you painstakingly put together an order, then you hit go and it tells you you can't order from the store near you.

Figuring that out earlier so I don't waste time would be nice. I want CHeBAHUT to work, I hate calling, and love the sandwiches.

If it works for me a couple times I'll 5 star it.
