TOPS BonusPlus® Reviews

While the new Version of TOPSBonusPlus looks nice and takes up the full screen, it never finishes opening after allowing all the permissions- it has the splash screen with the spinning progress wheel. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Also- it asks for permission to use Bluetooth which is unnecessary and as usually a way to subvert privacy protections. The support link here points to a broken Webpage.

First off it has some random store as my preferred and I can not find a way to correct that. Also, it logs you out all the time. An app on your phone should always have you logged in. I used to be able to see the upcoming weeks specials a day or so ahead. Now all I can see is the current week. Please pull this update, it’s horrible.

If TOPSBonusPlus was useless, it would have no effect on shopping. Because it makes shopping harder and more tedious, it is worse than useless. There is no reason to ever log me out. Ever. If you insist that my coupons are high-security, add Touch ID. I’m deleting now. And heading to price chopper. I hope tops is out of its misery soon so a good store can replace it.

Tops is my main grocery store I thought it would be nice to have some coupons on my phone for my weekly shop. It wouldn't even let me create an account. It kept saying the card number didn't match the name I gave to register..? Annoying

TOPSBonusPlus is not user friendly and way too time consuming to use! You can’t just “clip all” coupons with one click like with the Wegman’s app. In order to use any coupons you must go through and tap each one individually! Who has time for that? Not me!

No way to add your barcode to Apple Wallet that I can find. You have to unlock your phone, open TOPSBonusPlus , and click an icon to get to the barcode. That's just not practical while you're checking out at the store.

If it doesn't replace the card in my pocket, it's not worth having TOPSBonusPlus .

Can’t add the barcode to apple wallet so this was a waste to download. I thought maybe the coupons would work, but you can’t get TOPSBonusPlus to scroll down past the very first coupon. This is beyond terrible app developing.

Literally just created an account and it’s telling me my credentials are incorrect. TOPSBonusPlus won’t even let you view the weekly flyer without logging in first so it’s now completely useless

It would be so convenient to have the Tops bonus card in the wallet app just like Wegmans. I love the digital coupons.

The registration won’t accept my bonus plus number. Without that, TOPSBonusPlus won’t really do anything. I can’t even look at the store’s weekly ad!

Bah, another attempt at TOPSBonusPlus to see if someone with a brain made this user friendly yet. Still disappointed. Common Tops! Guess I will use the paper add still... lame.

This is the slowest app. Takes a good 30 seconds to change sections. The shopping list section is just poorly designed. The flyer needs redesigning as well.

It won’t hold a login. You must login to
your account every time. Useless at the checkout. ITS A SHOPPERS CARD. No need for that kind of security in an account not linked to finances.

Evidently TOPSBonusPlus rejects my card. No ability to login because if it. Try submitting a comment, and there’s no feedback that doing so ever gets submitted. I guess I’ll stick with Wegmans market.

TOPSBonusPlus will not open. The wheel just spins and spins. Have deleted and reinstalled several times, still wont open.
