I can no longer access RightNow Media on my TV with a firestick. It either just keeps spinning or the screen freezes at black when try to go into video. It has worked in the past. It still works on my phone and computer but need TV for group setting. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and also removing the firestick and reinserting. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
Cannot watch any of the videos on my TCL Roku tv. Everything was working fine for several years, but after requiring me to ‘log in’ again, all I get is a star like pattern -‘- swirling briefly before booting me out to the Roku TV home page.

Hi, I have an iphone 14. I used to be able to play the videos in my iphone. When I started a video, it would play in the top 1/3 of my screen. I would then hit the full screen icon in the lower right of the video and turn my phone to a landscape position and the video would play fullscreen. Recently, it the video stopped playing full screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but it still will not play full screen. I have an apple ipad and it plays full screen just fine. Pl

I haven't logged in for quite some time -maybe 2 years - but when I try now - on two devices, one Mac laptop, the other an Android phone, it appears to log in for a few seconds then goes to a white screen, occasionally I receive a message saying check my devices clock and time zone - have done that, all seems to be in order. Geoff
I can log in (using husband's account on a samsung smart tv) and go to series and video I want, but when I click on the session I want, the video will not play I just get a blank grey screen with the title in the upper left coner, a return arrow and 3/5 but nothing else. Cannot get it to play
When I hit login button the app closes. Never get to try to login?
After entering my login information all that shows up is a white screen. My computer here is a Windows 11 system and I have tested with both MS Edge and Google Chrome to get same problem. Also I have tried on a WIndows 10 system at my home and got the same issue. Trying to enable JAVASCRIPT on the browser did not resolve the issue either. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue. My home phone is 603-554-4060
