I ordered 2 long dresses, for my daughters wedding. My first ordered got canceled, because I used a reward of 10 dollars, that apparently I had already used a while ago. I was okay with that. I reordered my 2 dresses again, what I received was 2 men’s pants, yet my ordered summary said 2 dresses. I called, spoke to a customer service representative. The lady said, I will open up a case, I don’t want to reorder and you get the wrong items again. I will send you return labels for the wrong items, someone will call you, with in 24 hours. They will hand pick your items, you will get expedited shipping. I return the items the same day. I waited for the call, nothing, so I called on the 3rd day. I speak to a customer care, who says, sorry, your items are no longer available. I was so disappointed, I asked for a supervisor. I speak to the supervisor, She said, We emailed you, yesterday . I said, I was told someone was going to call me and nobody did. She said, this app doesn’t call, We only have one of your dresses available, do you wanted. I said, yes. I was transferred to a another person, to place my order. I asked if, I would get fast shipping and Free. She said, it will be free, which , I already had that, in my original order, but it will be standard shipping. I just told her, why? They screwed up my order twice, this app policy’s. I said forget it. Sorry for the long story, I am so mad, been a this app credit card holder for many years.
