I have a problem with jControl

User reports:
No current problems

- Inability to control the volume unless streaming audio from the phone

- Tries to stream all phone audio to the stereo unless specifically Bluetooth streaming audio from the phone to the stereo

- Disappointing app, would rather use other Bluetooth devices

- Cannot control the zones in the trailer with the app

- Horrible Bluetooth connectivity with obnoxious connection messaging interruptions

- Interface makes no sense from a usability standpoint

- Seldom connects and requires a complicated process to reconnect

- App worked for a day and a half on iPhone X before not connecting at all afterwards

To resolve jControl network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the jControl App
1. On android, goto Settings » jControl » click [Force Stop]

Clear jControl App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » jControl » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart jControl.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click jControl » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto jControl » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch jControl
