Trying to sign up to get BIAS FX 2, but every time I fill in the email and password, the app crashes.

I will echo what Cameron Cline above reported: I can only use the presets that came with the app, any of my downloads are now giving me the "this preset may contains invalid effects or amps, please try another preset to proceed" message. Please look into this, it is very frustrating.

alright , so i’ve had the app for about 2-3 years. i bought the elite version 2 years ago and had no problem since. yesterday out of no where is now saying “this preset may contains invalid effects or amps. please try another preset to proceed.” it keeps happening on every preset i try. i deleted the app and redownload it thinking that might help but nothing. i even logged out and logged back in and nothing. this is literally a waste of $100+ if it’s going to continue to go on. i really need the help. i play guitar to help me cope with issues in life and i can’t play electric without the amp. i record songs to keep my mind off things. please help..
