Close and restart the Montage OnDemand app on iPhone
Update Montage OnDemand app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Montage OnDemand iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Montage OnDemand on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Montage OnDemand network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Montage OnDemand not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Montage OnDemand App
1. On android, goto Settings » Montage OnDemand » click [Force Stop]

Update Montage OnDemand to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Montage OnDemand App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Montage OnDemand » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Montage OnDemand.

Fix Montage OnDemand unable to contact server/ Montage OnDemand internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Montage OnDemand » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Montage OnDemand » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Montage OnDemand
