-Price is overpriced.

-Service providers could not locate the property or did not complete the job correctly.

-Shovler doesn’t screen “service providers” before allowing them to register on the app.

-Only half of the job was completed.

-Received a $10 credit which did not make up for the situation.

I requested snow removal for tomorrow morning between 8 am - 11 am. The app shows the job has been completed, pictures were posted by the shovler showing the job completed of a different property. And my credit card has been charged. This is unacceptable. Please rectify the mistake. Send someone to remove snow from my property tomorrow morning as requested, I am trying this app/platform for the first time, and am very very disappointed

How to fix Shovler app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Shovler app on iPhone
Update Shovler app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Shovler iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Shovler on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Shovler network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Shovler Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Shovler not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Shovler App
1. On android, goto Settings » Shovler » click [Force Stop]

Update Shovler to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Shovler App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shovler » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shovler.

Fix Shovler unable to contact server/ Shovler internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Shovler » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Shovler » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Shovler
