-Only half of the job was completed.
-Received a $10 credit which did not make up for the situation.
I requested snow removal for tomorrow morning between 8 am - 11 am. The app shows the job has been completed, pictures were posted by the shovler showing the job completed of a different property. And my credit card has been charged. This is unacceptable. Please rectify the mistake. Send someone to remove snow from my property tomorrow morning as requested, I am trying this app/platform for the first time, and am very very disappointed
