This entire listing is wrong. Justuseapp is a scammy adware filled page.

Deserves zero stars

This has been the most frustrating process. This is the first time I have ever written a review for an app. I am so upset and angry that I’m writing one for this application. I followed instructions and recorded my videos using the app on my iPhone. The shows that I have completed 89% of the pre screening however all the questions have been answered and have a check mark. The only thing I’m unable to look at is the Dashboard. It just reads and reads but never loads so I don’t know what else I’m missing. So I signed in using my credentials to the website on a standard desktop and to my surprise none of my videos have been transferred and what appears to be the 11% incomplete portion is that a resume had not been uploaded (this information was not visible in the app). So I call support and I’m told that the information on the app is not transferred when I login using a desktop bc the information on the iPhone is locally stored so I was told to complete the screening all over again on the laptop. That was the help I received. I am extremely frustrated since I spent alllllll workday trying to figure out to then be told I have to do it over again. I will share my experience with the recruiter and recommend that the company no longer uses this third party.

This is long but worth reading if you’re having issues

A message indicated that I had completed the interview “100%” and displayed a submit button. It then indicated there was an error and that I should resubmit. I did. Again “error” It then brought me to the welcome page and all of my responses were gone. 2 hours out the window. After logging out and then back in, I found all of my responses were there 95% complete. I scrolled through my responses and it seems one question was unanswered. I answered the question. A message indicated that I had completed the interview “100%” and displayed a submit button. And again “error” This happened twice. The questions did not appear until I logged out and then back in. It wasn’t until I answered the 2 mystery questions that I was able to successfully submit. The app blurs the camera as well.

Poor Quality

Was ready to record my video, but the quality was blurry. I wiped my camera and it didn’t go away. Couldn’t understand why it didn’t work because I’ve used the same device for HireVue countless times, for both video interviews and a face to face interview and it all worked fine. Came to check out reviews and I guess I’m not the only one with the issue. I emailed their support but all I got was the usual run around, a list of common sense things you should do before contacting support. Either way, there was no help from support because everything came back to my end being the problem. Now I’m stuck in a time crunch, of sending the employer a blurry video or losing out on a job.
