I’m using iPhone 13 Pro, iOS updated to latest version. Recently, I keep trying to watch videos assigned to me, but it directed to the login page. After reloading several times, it jumps to another blank page. New assigned videos and to re-watch videos are face the same issue.

I keep trying to watch videos assigned to me, but after i get to a certain point in the video it just stops and starts buffering, and all I can do is reload. Problem with reloading, is I have to re-watch everything I have already watched, and i have other fellow students with this exact same issue. What am I doing wrong?

I signed up for a free course... got to the 3 video the app totally crashed and closed. Now the screen is white... I can barely see the writing. I restarted app, phone, etc... no change. Bummed I can't use the resources

I have had this problem happen twice where I have students going through the live stream and when I click continue after a question, the screen just goes white and there's nothing to do other than reset it and go back. This is very frustrating and makes EdPuzzle seemingly useless during class.

Twice in the last couple weeks, I've tried to use EdPuzzle live, and when I got halfway through the video successfully, I advanced from a question to the next part of the video and got nothing but a blank white screen. I have no choice but to refresh the screen, but that makes me restart the video and restart the session, which means that the kids progress on the questions is lost unless I start a completely new assignment and redo the questions that we already did.

I am trying to use Edpuzzle through Google Classroom and use the live mode with my students. Every time I get the students all logged in and names showing for live mode, the webpage crashes and they have to do it all again. It also crashed right when I started the video in live mode after everyone got signed it. It did this for at least two class periods. I quit trying to use it after my second period class kept crashing and just used the actual youtube video.

as soon as I try to edit my content, the page goes blank and I cannot edit, see nor try the activity
- Not a good way to learn and remember things
- Buggy and glitchy
- Can get wrong answers due to lack of answer mode
- Poorly designed
