My iPhone will not work with this app. The code that I receive in the messages does not show up above the keyboard and so I cannot enter it into the area requiring it. I cannot confirm my phone and use the app because of it.

Hi, My App crashes when I try to open and go back immediately to the phone screen. I dont know if is the case but yesterday associated my Euroticket endenred card and was when I notice. And I have a Iphonne 11 just to know if is some issue with the brand.
