I keep having trouble with the app while trying to use walmart. I keep adding things to my walmart cart and then the items disappear. I have been trying for two days. Today I had 13 items in my cart and they all just disappeared. The chat bot can't htelp me because it doesn't understand my problem.

How to fix Sezzle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sezzle app on iPhone
Update Sezzle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sezzle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sezzle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sezzle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sezzle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sezzle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sezzle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sezzle » click [Force Stop]

Update Sezzle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sezzle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sezzle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sezzle.

Fix Sezzle unable to contact server/ Sezzle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sezzle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sezzle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
