Grade average not showing in school tool-It shows as "none"

My school tool on web or app won’t load and I am not able to see my new school schedule, all my friends got theirs.

When I log into schooltool my picture is not there, and when I click my name the screen says 'Server Error in '/SchoolToolWeb' Application.' I'm not able to check my gades and see what I need to finish.

my schooltool not working & i punch my phone & umm it’s kinda cracked

- Four title bars obscure most of the screen so you can only see three rows at a time
