On apple ipad I cannot open Pa official lottery app. Always goes back to desk top .
Tells pa lottery is only available in USA

It keeps coming up back to lobby. And second chance entry's ridiculous. Never get coupons texted anymore

Second chance drawing app scanner does not fill in the codes... can fill in manually but takes very long in app...
Second chance drawings are not showing how many entries u received for that ticket and u have to go the whole way back out to scan another ticket.
The app and the website look different, and I can't buy tickets. I keep going in a circle, I try to buy a ticket and it asks me to log in, Iog in and go back to buy tickets and it asks me to log in. GRRRRR
