CitizensBank24 is about as fast as a blind turtle named Bobby who lost his legs in Vietnam!! It has technical issues every single day!!! Get your act together people!
I do not like the updated app. When you view details of transactions, it doesn't show the vendor. That is useless.
Bank app shows some deposits as if they are added into the balance - they are not. Transactions are moved out of order often causing me to sometimes subtract them twice. Someone needs to completely overhaul CitizensBank24!
I miss the convenience of paying all my bills straight from one place. I wish there were a few more options within CitizensBank24 like bill pay.
This bank is wonderful and caring! CitizensBank24 usually works great, but if it doesn’t I can call the bank and they help me fix it right away. I can always talk to a live person!
