Does not connect via bluetooth or by scanning QR code Was able to connect initially about a month ago. My iPhone X does not see it now. Could it have something to do with recent IOS update to 15.5.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Truma app issues:

Force Stop the Truma App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Truma app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Truma to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Truma App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Truma app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Truma.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Truma » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
