8 months agoI have been on the phone with BMO and put in a complaint in which they passed on. I used my dragonpass this month in Calgary and I was charged $84.81 on my credit card. My mastercard world elite gives me 4 visits per year and since I paid and the new year started in June I am entitled to 4 more. Why this 3rd party that mastercard is using is not working out for me and I told them if this is not settled I am cancelling my card. I do not need this frustration every time I want to go away. I pay $150.00 a year for this card and think that is too much for what I and I assume many have to go through. I would appreciate a response and a refund as soon as possible. Sandra Myers

10 months agoI get complimentary asses from my CIBC Bank; however Dragon Pass sent an email advising that I have to sing on and update my information. When on their webpage (I assume it was their webpage and not a scam); it offered 3 types of membership, with varying rates, and for me to enter my Visa details. My present membership included that complimentary passes from my Bank; therefore I have no intention to take out a membership, nor provide my visa details! My attempts to contract them with the email contact bounced back, leading me to believe that this could well be scam? HAs anyone else had this email, and determined that it is indeed a scam?

Unable to use
I’m literally unable to use this or the Premier app. Despite receiving a confirmation email with my membership number, I am not able to login at all due to “incorrect email address”. I cannot contact customer support for the same reason. I also cannot log in with my provided membership number. Absolutely not worth using.

Terrible product by a sketchy company
App crashes constantly and I’m forced to use this by my bank even though my data is stored in China. Yea, I trust China with my data...no thanks.
