My Mastercard and Dragon Pass are both current however on January 6th 2025, I was in Calgary, Alberta and denied entry because my pass was not updated. Really annoying...I shoulder them my pass which says valid until December 31, 2025. They rudely ignored me and moved on to the next customer. I am going through Calgary again soon and would like to use my pass!! Please help!

BMO credit card application has been approved! Ref: 98241302050317A I have received a new BMO ascend world elite Mastercard. 4free travel pass eligible. When I sign-up for a free 4 DragonPass membership I get a message, this email is already registered. Please go to login to access your account. Please look into the matter and do the needful/send me a solution. Acknowledge the email, thanking you in anticipation.
I can not change my password. the message said they would send a code but never got one. BMO world elite card.
I have been on the phone with BMO and put in a complaint in which they passed on. I used my dragonpass this month in Calgary and I was charged $84.81 on my credit card. My mastercard world elite gives me 4 visits per year and since I paid and the new year started in June I am entitled to 4 more. Why this 3rd party that mastercard is using is not working out for me and I told them if this is not settled I am cancelling my card. I do not need this frustration every time I want to go away. I pay $150.00 a year for this card and think that is too much for what I and I assume many have to go through. I would appreciate a response and a refund as soon as possible. Sandra Myers
I get complimentary asses from my CIBC Bank; however Dragon Pass sent an email advising that I have to sing on and update my information. When on their webpage (I assume it was their webpage and not a scam); it offered 3 types of membership, with varying rates, and for me to enter my Visa details. My present membership included that complimentary passes from my Bank; therefore I have no intention to take out a membership, nor provide my visa details! My attempts to contract them with the email contact bounced back, leading me to believe that this could well be scam? HAs anyone else had this email, and determined that it is indeed a scam?

DragonPass is a joke, rejected by 2 lounges in NY JFK airport

I was at New York JFK airport today. My membership is the Visa Airport Companion powered by DragonPass (comes with a premium Visa card). I tried accessing both Virgin Atlantic clubhouse and Prime class lounge in JFK airport and got rejected at the entrance both times. I was told they do not accept DragonPass (even though the app show those lounges in the list).
This is ridiculous! Such an embarrassing and frustrating experience. Waste of my time and money to get this pass and the credit card in the first place, and also to walk around in the airport to different lounges to get rejected!
Super shady app

This app worked for me one time, then ever since I have been unable to log in, which was a pain because i got a membership to use lounges and then couldn’t get in. The contact us section doesn’t work, every email address you enter in gives the response that it isn’t a valid email address. I tried calling the number and got a busy signal three times. I emailed support a week ago and haven’t heard back. Is this app just harvesting people’s data? It has so many issues.
