I’m literally unable to use this or the Premier app. Despite receiving a confirmation email with my membership number, I am not able to login at all due to “incorrect email address”. I cannot contact customer support for the same reason. I also cannot log in with my provided membership number. Absolutely not worth using.
App crashes constantly and I’m forced to use this by my bank even though my data is stored in China. Yea, I trust China with my data...no thanks.

DragonPass does not work at all, get stuck and supposedly cannot connect to the Internet. I hope that, somehow, the rewards program is less useless than this. Shockingly unprofessional for a large entity in the customer service industry to not even be able to create a basic and get it to start up.
DragonPass just gets stuck at a spinning globe on launch. No usability.
I was at New York JFK airport today. My membership is the Visa Airport Companion powered by this app (comes with a premium Visa card). I tried accessing both Virgin Atlantic clubhouse and Prime class lounge in JFK airport and got rejected at the entrance both times. I was told they do not accept this app (even though DragonPass show those lounges in the list).
This is ridiculous! Such an embarrassing and frustrating experience. Waste of my time and money to get this pass and the credit card in the first place, and also to walk around in the airport to different lounges to get rejected!
DragonPass worked for me one time, then ever since I have been unable to log in, which was a pain because i got a membership to use lounges and then couldn’t get in. The contact us section doesn’t work, every email address you enter in gives the response that it isn’t a valid email address. I tried calling the number and got a busy signal three times. I emailed support a week ago and haven’t heard back. Is DragonPass just harvesting people’s data? It has so many issues.
As a Canadian mastercard holder, the Mastercard Travel Pass app works and this one does not.
Useless
A lot of the UI text is not translated very well, leading to difficulty using it. I’ve just started using it so I hope that is one of the big reasons behind other people’s complaints….
