The app does not have clear instructions for connecting your product it shows that my product is in the window and then it says it’s not connected and it is connected I’m actually leaving this review using the product microphone. Their support page through the app does not function correctly it connects to a web link that is a blank page mobile page and desktop page both show as blank. volume power and technical buttons should be on opposite sides on the headphones. Button sizes are so similar it’s very easy to make mistakes. Noise cancellation feature does not work well I can hear my TV when it’s at volume number six which is not very loud. I’ve gotten maximum wife of five hours while using them connected to my cell phone. The charging cord is an inch and a half long way too short it makes you think the engineers that designed this did not think about the consumer at all.
The microphone works pretty well that’s about the only compliment I can give these headphones. The functions as stated on the box suit my needs but the product doesn’t deliver them very well! Definitely think twice before purchasing!

App on iPad does not have a way to connect to Skullcandy crusher evo wireless. Only lists other products for connecting when they state on website hat this model uses the app. The entire design and reason to spend the extra money was the equalizer. But can’t access it. They have no way to access it on pc, which is ridiculous for any company in this day and age. I tried to download the app on my phone, to see if it was any different, but it won’t let me, because it says it is not compatible with my phone. Only app in the play store that is not. Scummy company charging like they are selling Bose products and it is bottom of the barrel when it comes to product support. Why even try. I hope they go out of business for taking advantage of a disabled person. Will be going on the better business bureau and filing a formal complaint. I always thought the name was all hype and I suspected they sell garbage. Nice headphones, but expensive worthless and inaccessible features.

I get the feeling that this app was developed because every other headphone company has a app for their headphones. This app falls very short. On the rare occasion that my headphones connect to the app it’s constantly glitchy. My headphone work for every other app on my phone. My Bluetooth shows my headphones are connected. I can listen to music and hear the videos I’m watching. However the app created to pair with my headphones can never connect to them. I’m sure that if this review gets read by the developers they will assume it’s the users fault their product does not work. Even though every other app works with their headphones. Consumers are tired of hasty crap being released just because companies want to keep up with each others image but fail on the execution. It’s embarrassing your app does not work with your own product.
