GMC Construction Lending Reviews

GMCConstructionLending is only for getting started with a purchase or a refinance. After that it’s useless. I was hoping for an app I could register my loan and set up payments like I had with Mr. Cooper. But they only have apps for their sales teams. If you created an app for customers to keep up on their payments I would download that for sure.

Please Guild, design an app that will allow existing customers to pay their bill online. I’m sure it’s not that difficult. GMCConstructionLending is to sell you a mortgage and requires you to input your current sales rep. Don’t bother if you’re trying to simply pay your bill.

I was expecting an interactive app with my account information same as the website. GMCConstructionLending is worthless as it is.

I could not figure out what is GMCConstructionLending for ? I wished i could see my mortgage and play around with numbers around mortgage payment

Can’t login with the exact same credentials I just logged in onto their website. What is this a phishing scam app? You click help login and it just keeps asking for more personal info - something is not right with GMCConstructionLending

I have no idea why but the same email and password login that always works in the browser also never works to log into GMCConstructionLending .

I was thinking I forgot my account password and I went ahead and changed my password.
Even after changing my password it still won’t let me log in. Why does it even has sign in option??

Im sure current customers know their website is already trash to pay your loan. Don’t need to imagine it’s worse on an app because that’s the reality of it. It is garbage.

I logged in to GMCConstructionLending so I could check my balance on the go. Unfortunately, GMCConstructionLending doesn’t have that function. Also, you have to enter in the name of the person you’re working with, but my contact isn’t on the list. I won’t be using GMCConstructionLending.

GMCConstructionLending doesn’t appear to allow you to access your personal account and would not recognize me as a customer. Appears to be for sales side, though my rep wasn’t in the system. Please update this so customers can check their account on app, pay mortgage via app etc.

Tried GMCConstructionLending so I could look at balances and escrow payments. My original mortgage at the bank was sold to Guild, so I never had anyone within Guild I was working with. To use GMCConstructionLending I have to have a name of someone from an office I am dealing with, without it, you are not allowed to continue opening GMCConstructionLending . Pointless to download GMCConstructionLending, it is useless.

Worthless app. As I read reviews from 5 years ago the same problems exist today. Won’t let me get past who am I working with as none of the names I have are listed there. My login info works fine in the browser but I do most of my business on the phone. Come on Guild fix GMCConstructionLending or get rid of it.

App kept telling me I needed to use my email address and had the wrong password. I then changed my password on my computer to make sure I had the right one and it still wouldn’t let me login in GMCConstructionLending . How can I use this if it won’t even let me log in?

Couldn't even log in, rejects valid account and password info that works in my browser. All I need is an app to help monitor payment activity, and for that GMCConstructionLending is ONE BIG ZERO. Don't waste your time.

GMCConstructionLending works well when doing a construction loan with Guild. Great for quickly reviewing and signing loan documents and uploading documents!

I use GMCConstructionLending all the time with my clients. As a loan officer with Guild this is a great tool for any buyer.
