Useless, not efficient, not user-friendly for everyone.
I would like to pay someone in Israel and I’m in the US. They sent me the link and it’s in Hebrew. When I tapped on it to try to figure out how to translate it to English it said Hebrew is not available to translate. Why on earth would I use your product then. The United States of America is a very large market especially for Hebrew to English missing out on a lot of people that could be but as for me I won’t use your app. It’s complicated when you can’t read another language. You don’t make it easy to find anything or to navigate through to try to understand your app even if I don’t speak the language. There are so many applications and other products that you really don’t need to be the language to understand what you need to do because they have icons. You might want to consider that. I’m very extremely agitated because I’ve been trying to pay my friend for two days now. I have text your support no one responds I’ve sent emails no one responds your customer service is horrible

And the only Israeli card I have is an Amex, which it won’t recognize. It allows you to input a bank account but you can’t withdraw from it. Complete fail.

I wanted to donate through PayBox . But it is not possible to sign up without an Israeli mobile number.

I've had to reinstall PayBox multiple times because the links stop working (I started getting a message that I'm trying to pay using a computer when I'm actually on my phone.) After reinstalling PayBox completely stopped working, it freezes as soon as I open it a D is unresponsive.

Buggy and horrible customer service.
Support people are no better than bots.

Can’t download English version on my iphone

They never respond. My app stopped working for iPhone 14+ after latest 4.6.3 update. CS doesn’t reply to emails or messenger. All my money is inaccessible at the moment.

Why on every bloody update I have to re-enter my phone number and fng card all over again.?

Add American Express cards as a CC option.

It was much more user friendly when it was also available in English

Easy to use and very accurate. Use it for a lot of kid related school expenses.

I would give it a 5 if I could switch to English on PayBox

Organized a bbq for 10 friends.. All of us downloaded PayBox , no paying back problems. Unbelievable!

For occasional collection of money from a group of people, it is an amazing option. No fees for the payer. It sends reminders so your group does not forget to chip in😜
