Trying to register with an existing card and after putting in the info and registration code, an “other error returned from server” message keeps popping up and won’t let me continue.

Registration freezes after entering card number and Reg number
I just switched phones and can’t remember my password so now when I try to login on my new phone it tells me the email I put down doesn’t have an existing account with it, but it’s the same email I used on my old phone

For 2 months now, and between 3 iPhone we are unable to get the app to open. We can’t log in, we’ve changed password and still can’t get in. We can log in online but that doesn’t due us any good.
App won’t let me log in. Updated app, reset password, still won’t let me log in. Can’t get points if can’t log in. Frustrated. Two visits now with missed points.
