I love-love-love-love-love Andy’s Frozen Custard! When I moved across the state,(and chose to not to return to my Alma Matter), I was extremely disappointed to discover that there was no Andy’s nearby. If I wanted any I would have to drive 1 and 1/2 miles or more to get my fav dessert of frozen custard. So when Andy’s opened in the town across the river, I was over the moon! Yay! Happy, happy, joy, joy! Andy’s Frozen Custard takes me back in time to when I was a kid at the A&W Root Beer stand getting frozen desserts and not having a care in the world except getting home before the street lights came on.

I enjoy going to Andy’s, especially with my dog. When I approach the shop and people are always outside, I say hi everyone I’m Andy. (my real name) It just doesn’t ever get old. However, I’ve been to all the different shops and Andy’s is ultimately the best around. The employees are always so friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Best of all they’re very dog friendly and will give your fur ball a treat! Thank you

I ordered a triple chocolate concrete. When I got up to the window the girl there said, so, I just turned my chocolate machine on and it will be about five minutes or we can make it with vanilla. I said, just make it with vanilla. I asked her why they just turned the chocolate machine on when they’ve been open all day and still had an hour and a half to go before they close. The girl looked at me and said, do you want to talk to my manager? The manager came over and said something about they ran out of chocolate and just got more and just turned it on. Neither girl that I talked to was the least bit friendly, the managers name was Candace. I don’t know what the other girls name was. I will think twice before going back there

AndysFrozenCustard has changed a lot over the years. It looks a lot fresher than it has. The check-in feature is such a plus. My wife and I always forget our card. My only gripe is that the menu should not direct us to a web page. Would like to see it within AndysFrozenCustard hopefully in the future.

When I go there once twice a month maybe, my order is always a large choccy malt w/ extra malt. I recently discovered the Sprecher root beer and I’m in love, currently waiting to try the cream soda I bought! Love the south Tulsa location, staff is always friendly and they move the drive thru line quickly. Highly suggest coming here!

AndysFrozenCustard works as it should great way to keep track of your points and see menu items and connect to their social media pages. See a lot of reviews talking about locations, employees or favorite flavors of frozen custard so I thought I’d actually review to help the developers of AndysFrozenCustard lol loving the new lay out of AndysFrozenCustard btw

I love Andy’s. They have so many toppings and flavors to choose from which makes it so exciting. I recently tried strawberry and banana milkshake and it was delicious. Also with AndysFrozenCustard they have a check in feature and after so many points you get a free treat. It’s so worth it and all the employees are so kind!

I can’t seem to find who to contact about this there isn’t any app suppose constant info on their site. It won’t log me in at all and I have an active account that I just earned a reward on tonight via my phone number. I get emails frequently too. It says “no know guest when I try to login”. I tried forgot password and it says there an error. I tried deleting AndysFrozenCustard I tried making a new account for which it says my account already exists. I need someone to contact me about this issue.

The Glen Ellyn location is now a staple in Glen Ellyn history, to stand out in the town after being founded in 1834 is truly remarkable. The customer service is great (provided a lot of napkins). The one topping vanilla concrete really hits different. It creates a mouth watering experience as it seems to melt as it sits on your tongue. Especially when you’re off the goop. Everything about this place is worthy of five stars! The custard is to die for, the endless number of options make each trip fun, the staff is always super respectful and patient - would recommend and will continue to frequent here weekly!

The first time a spoonful of Andy’s entered my mouth I thought, “whoa, that other custard place in town had better up their game- this is way better!”
I LOVE a concrete with pecans and caramel. It’s my favorite! It’s a good things I don’t live too close- I’d be tempted to go there every day. Andy’s does it right!

I have visited the Andy’s store in Bentonville, Arkansas and it was super delicious thanks to my cousin for showing this. Visited the store 3 times within a week due to hot summer and I’ll give 5/5 for this store.

Unfortunately no proper way of recording rewards.

With the same experience visited the Austin, Texas store after coming back to hometown and the experience was pathetic. Usually I prefer the strawberry concrete. Both my wife and myself were writing the review it’s not at all satisfactory. Thinking of ourselves to re-visit or not.

AndysFrozenCustard has never let me down. Rewards system is fantastic. The only thing it’s missing is a way to pre order. It would be nice to be able to order on AndysFrozenCustard then do a simple check in when you arrive, then at that time your order would be made. Thank you for serving the KC area!

Delicious. My kids beg for it everyday and we usually get it because us parents love it too! Sometimes we get it without our youngest two and sometimes without the kids at all. Highly recommend

AndysFrozenCustard is impossible. I want to find a place to contact someone about the apps issues but there’s nowhere to do this that I’m aware of. If I open AndysFrozenCustard to look at the menu the menu is a blank white page. The website doesn’t have a good menu either nor does the Facebook™ page for my town. Come on people do a general bug fix update. Bring AndysFrozenCustard to the iOS 13.5.1 world.

Why have a menu section without a menu, when you contact Andy’s via their website it says we will contact you back in 24 - 48 hours, that has yet to happen.

Your employees try to memorize your order then input it into the register, after telling them your order for the third time it becomes irritating.

For what you pay for versus what you get is very lacking in ingredients.

My wife and I stumbled into the McPherson Ln. store about 3 months ago. Now every time we return home from our ranch we just cannot pass the exit off of the Chisholm Trail Pkwy. The variety is fantastic. Not to mention that it is best frozen custard on the planet.

Love going to Andy’s but don’t like AndysFrozenCustard . When I select the menu option, nothing comes up. It’s just a blank screen, no matter which location I choose. AndysFrozenCustard is pretty much useless without being able to view the menu. From reading other reviews on here, it seems like this has been an ongoing issue for over a year.
AndysFrozenCustard Support doesn’t actually do anything when you try to access. It just says the link is not valid.

App works fine for checking in and getting points. There’s not much more to it though. Would appreciate something more along the lines of a birthday club or coupons as well as points...but if you don’t go often and don’t want to upload money on AndysFrozenCustard , then there’s not much of a point to AndysFrozenCustard .

Love being part of the rewards program. Locations section is helpful. The menu does not load at all. Tapping the icon brings a white page up. Please fix this. I end up going to your website to view the online menu or the printable version

I have had Culver’s custard and I loved that then I came here and WOW it is the best frozen custard you will ever have and if you haven’t tried it you need to go look on maps and find the nearest one to you. I also enjoy AndysFrozenCustard because then you can get free treats to the best place on earth!!!!

Now what do I do? My location gave me a new card. Do I register this new one and lose the points I had on my old one or do you have a better way to handle this problem ? Thank you

I’m frequent Andy’s go-er. So having AndysFrozenCustard helps let me keep track of my points and always lets me know when I have a free treat. It’s awesome. I recommend everyone that loves Andy’s get a rewards card and use your points!

I love Andy’s but I can’t view the menu in AndysFrozenCustard , the menu will start to load the the screen in the menu in AndysFrozenCustard turns white .... hope it’s not my phone and just AndysFrozenCustard version . Still enjoy AndysFrozenCustard tho!!

It asked me to pick a location when I first started AndysFrozenCustard and I didn’t know which to pick so I choose a random one and now it won’t let me change it (I’ve tried multiple times it won’t save) so I can’t use my app now because it won’t let me change the location to check in

The Custard is 5 star amazing. I've designed my own Jackhammer and I must say it's delish. Next time you're there have them put together a chocolate custard with peanut butter cup and the middle dollup hot fudge. A-maz-ing!!!

The only reason the 4 stars is because the Mount Prospect location needs more benches.

I absolutely love their custard. Best ever. The points system keeps not working lately. I need to remember to use AndysFrozenCustard . Other than that absolutely the best frozen custard. Love that they are open late.
