I am a Pro subscriber. App opens but it doesn't play any songs when I click on play button. Please help.

A week ago most of my playlists do not show contents and do not play. Only a few playlists are working correctly. My subscriptions for jiosaavn are regular and on-time. Please fix the problem immediately. Search is also not working

I am a subscriber. I have made several playlist. When I try to skip a song or 2 from my playlist and go forward, when that song finishes, instead of going to the next song (from my playlist) it starts playing random songs. Why is that happening? If I start from the beginning of the play list then it plays the songs consecutively. Please help. Anjana

I have Samsung Galaxy M32 5g phone. Recently ive authorized a system update. After which when i tried to open Jiosaavan app. I have been a member of Pro for many years. But on this phone, as soon as install Jiosavaan ap and try to open it, it shuts down the phone completely and goes through re booting process
